Petit Forestier’s consistent commitment to sustainable development is clearly expressed in its approach to employment.

Internal training is one such aspect: with a total of more than 1,200 training days every year, it represents a significant investment. It leads to formal qualifications mainly for staff working on the refrigeration equipment itself or for drivers. Other training courses are more specifically intended for less skilled employees to enable them to progress towards more qualified positions.

Petit Forestier also has an active programme in the area of jobs for young people (work experience managed in partnership with specialised bodies), over-50s and people with disabilities, with concrete activities and commitments that aim to integrate and retain these employees within the company.

After signing an agreement, Petit Forestier issues a national listing for application in the French network and the international sites.
